Directions:
As a dietary supplement, adults take one capsule at the start

When comparing one serving (one capsule) with another company's product, what counts is how many servings per bottle and the activity per serving. Some company's may have 2 capsules per serving, so there may be only 60 servings per bottle if the bottle contains 120 capsules. So when you are comparing keep this in mind.

Explaining our digestive enzyme activity per serving:
We have our Elite-Zyme Pro (digestive enzymes) listed in potency. Potency is expressed in units of activity. Example: Protease units (150,000 HUT). The units of activity we use are based on the Food Chemical Codex (FCC), which we are using the latest version of activity units, which is FCC # 4 version assay procedure set forth by the National Academy of Sciences and accepted by the American food industry. The accurate wording and unit measurement for each enzyme in our product that meet these standards are: Protease HUT, Bromelain GDU, Amylase SKB, Malt Diastase DP, Lactase ALU, Cellulase CU, Lipase FIP.
Beware when you start comparing different enzyme supplements, When you compare our product with others, and they don't use our units of measurement, then it's almost impossible to compare the enzymes. For example: We use the term of measurement for Bromelain, 100 GDU units. This is the same as 1,745,000 FCC units. This might make you believe that 500,000 FCC is more than 100 GDU, but in reality 100 GDU is more than 3 times as much per capsule. We hope this helps to clear up some concerns you may have when comparing our product with others. We understand it is very difficult to try and understand how to compare the different units of measurement.
